Our family pets are still in Saint Augustine, about a year older than the last time I saw them, and I miss their furry faces. These are some photos I took before moving to Tennessee
A few shots from a journey down to a little river
My photography package is mobile and I’m in the greater Nashville area! Contact me if you’re looking to get some portraits done, or just need some updated headshots for your resume or auditions.
I took off my boots and hopped through the freezing pool at the waterfall, and then used branches and vines to scale the rock next to the waterfall to get that high angle shot. The other two are just shenanigans…
Had a chilly but delightful eight mile hike up to the falls (which I climbed) with my kindred and friends over in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park
Look for the rest on my photography page!
I just accepted a new position as a full-time photographer M-F, so my weekends have opened up for my own projects again.
And boy am I excited to make some art again!
I’ll be shooting head shots and more, and have invested in more studio equipment so I’ll be updating you guys as I go.
For now, here’s a fun shot of me being ridiculous with makeup
I’m new to the whole culture of rock bouncing, but apparently it’s a lot of fun involving suped-up buggies and all-terrain vehicles. Sponsors, competitors, and families gather together for weekends of races and advertising.
My cousin and her husband lead C&C Racing, with the title group “Hot Shot.”
I had the opportunity to design their poster for this weekend’s convention–in about two hours.
Hope they’re having fun. If I have any luck, I’ll be there to photograph the next event!
While my camera is in the shop I figured I ought to keep up the productivity. I’ve finished chapter six of the novel and am about a third of the way through my sci-fi screenplay.
Here’s a sketch that I doodled and then transferred to canvas so that I could color it.
It’ll be for sale once I’m finished. Probably a fun piece to decorate a kids room with or an office if you’re a fan of Disney or Dreamworks animation.
I’ll be using acrylic on the canvas, and I have only color blocked the first layer, but here you go:
I had a little bit of time to notice the gorgeous creation that surrounded me, as well as the amazing resort that a very kind donor arranged for us as we needed a place to stay between shooting days. Here are a few memories…
Finished up my introductory commercial for Ratio Christi’s University of Tennessee, Knoxville Chapter Director, Anna Kitko.
